Well-the collaboration continues with our group. Unfortunately, things are not going as smoothly as I had hoped for. I think I realize why I don't enjoy being a manager of groups of people. I am a much better follower. For the most part, virtual collaboration is an interesting subject that I am learning a great deal about. I have one more posting to come in the next few days and then I am out of here. Have a good weekend!
I understand your feelings. Virtual teams is a new organizational approach that definitely adds challenge and stress. I must say that it has been interesting.
